Commitment & Payments:
This is a 3-month commitment, billed upfront at the alumni-only rate of $577.50 (50% off the standard rate).
No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.
Coaching Sessions:
Includes 6 biweekly private coaching sessions (30-60 minutes each, as needed).
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or in-person (if applicable).
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and completed within the 3-month timeframe.
Trainerize Support:
Access to personalized short-format workouts and in-app messaging for quick questions, motivation, and nutrition support.
Any adjustments to workouts will be made based on progress, training load, and schedule.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
Cancellation: Once enrolled, the 3-month program must be completed—early cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued.
Other Important Notes:
This plan is non-transferable and can only be used by the enrolled participant.
Participants are expected to engage in Trainerize, follow programming, and communicate any necessary adjustments.
All coaching calls and Trainerize support must be utilized within the 3-month period—unused sessions will not roll over.
By purchasing this plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This structure is designed to ensure consistent accountability, progress tracking, and results.
